Howie is an owner surrender.  He loves to play with children and adults for short periods of time.  He likes to sleep under the covers and snuggle with you.   He was surrendered because he began acting out when the baby arrived as many Pugs do.  He would periodically pee to gain attention.  He is up to date on Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, Heartworm and fecal testing, and microchipped.  He had a small growth removed from his eye lid, had a dental done and 8 teeth extracted
