General came to Michigan Pug Rescue, "Pug Luv" from a vet office in the middle of the state where his owner had relinquished him because she was unable to afford his care any longer. The Veterinary office contacted the rescue to see if he could enter the program. He is up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Heartworm, fecal and blood testing. He is wearing a cone because he just had a Urethrostomy and Cystotomy surgical procedure. He will need to be on a special diet to prevent any reoccurence of bladder stones. He hass complete the beginner course in Obedience training and knows how to sit, lay down and walks well on a leash at your side. He is housebroken, loves to lay on your lap and give kisses.
