Carmine came to "Pug Luv" with his brother Herbie because the family was unable to care for them in addition to their young children. He is 4 years old, very active, likes walks, children and other dogs. He has been neutered and is up to date on vaccines, blood, heartworm and fecal tests and microchipped. He is crate trained and housebroken.
