Otis was an owner surrender because he would mark his territory in the house. He is 5 years old, up to date on Rabies, Distember, Bordetella, Heart worm, blood and fecal testing, neutered, crate trained, good with other dogs and children. He like to snuggle and like many Pugs has a stubborn streak.
