Charley came to "Pug Luv" as an owner surrender. He is 2 years old, good with children and other dogs. He has some allergy issues, is up to date of Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, neutered, fecal, heart worm and blood tested. He was surrendered as a result of financial issues.
