The Application Process has closed, we have enough applicants. We are no longer accepting new applications
Update December 1st: Emma and the other Pugs have been exposed to Ear mites. As a result they must have 2 treatments 30 days apart. This will result in the adoption process being pushed back 30 days. We will be unable to conduct any interviews during this period.
Update November 20th: Emma had an ultrasound because we were told she could be pregnant. The Ultrasound showed she was not pregnant and she also had a sterile urine collected which revealed she has a UTI. She went to her foster home where she will be treated for her UTI. She will receive her 2nd treatment for her Whipworms in 2 weeks. She will return to the vet in 2 weeks to determine if the UTI is cleared up. If it is cleared up she will then be spayed, have her teeth cleaned and receive her 2nd Lepto.
Emma and 5 others came to "Pug Luv" from a lady who because of health issues was no longer able to care for him. She is 4.75 years old. She has been brought up to date on vaccines, heartworm testing, and have a dental cleaning and we will spay her. She gets along with other dogs, cats unknown. She is very friendly but timid until she gets to know you. We will post additional pictures soon. If you are interested in adopting Emma or any of the other Pugs currently with "Pug Luv" go to michiganpugrescue.com click on the Adopt/Foster tab on the left of the home page and read all of the information on the page and most questions you have will be answered.
