Oscar is just over 2 years old. He was surrendered to the rescue because the family who had him was having difficulty dealing with his allergies. He has been examined by our Veterinarian, is up to date on all vaccines, neutered, and microchipped. He is very energetic, loves people and gets along with other dogs. He is presently being monitored for his allergies.
