Millainey came into MPR because her owner had passed away. She is 7 years old and had not seen a vet in several years and needed attention. She has had his teeth cleaned, two growths removed, heartworm and fecal tested, brought up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and had her ears and folds treated. She likes other dogs and children, is housebroken and crated trained and is energetic for her age. If you are interested in adopting Millainey or any of the other Pugs available through Michigan Pug Rescue go to michiganpugrescue.com, go to he Adoption Info section and scroll down to the forms to download an application for adoption to begin the process. 2/18/07 Update Fugsy After evaluating Fugsy and Millainey it has been determined they are a bonded pair and they need to be adopted to a forever home together. 2/18/07 Update Millaniey The biopsy of the 2 tumors that were removed from Millainey were positive. They were diagnosed as Grade 1 mass cell tumors. The prognosis is good that she will live a normal life. She will need to be checked weekly for any lumps and have them immediately checked by a Veterinarian if any should occur. She will need to be examined by a Veterinarian every 6 months. Dedicated to finding loving homes for Pugs one Pug at a time UPDATE: Millainey and Fugsy have been separated for over a week now and both appear to be doing very well on their own. We no longer feel they need to be adopted together.
