Bruce's mom contacted "Pug Luv" because her daughter has allergies to the dog. They were unaware of this until she had a dog in the house. Bruce's mom said this was d very heart wrenching decision but she could not continue to have her daughter receive allergy shots in order to keep him. Bruce was originally relinquished to a shelter for placement in a new environment. He is very active and will does well with children. He has been neutered, vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Heartworm, fecal tested, treated for worms and had a skin tag removed from his ear. His physical exam also revealed that one of his knees has a slight luxaiting patella. The "Pug Luv" vet does not feel this needs any further treatment or follow-up at this time. He does well in a crate and is motivated, of course, by food for training. He was treated for Kennel cough.
