Riggs is an owner surrender as a result of a difficult financial situation.  Riggs was seen by the"Pug Luv" vet and brought up to date on his Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, microchipped, fecal and heartworm tested.  He tested positive for heartworm and is undergoing his treatment.  He is crate trained, potty trained, good with children and other dogs.  He is available for adoption with the understanding that the treatment must be strictly adhered to. 

UPDATE:  Riggs has completed his treatment and is now ready to be placed in his forever home.

update:  Riggs has had his 2nd treatment and is continuing to do well
