Oswald came to "Pug Luv" as an owner surrender.  He is 2 years old, great with children, dogs and cats and is crate trained. He has been neutered and will be brought up to date on his Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, heartworm, fecal and blood tests.  He is potty trained but needs close supervision to make sure he goes potty outside before he is let back into the house.  He likes to be near you all of the time.
