Riggs was returned to "Pug Luv" as a result of his mom's allergies.  Riggs is a Heartworm survivor.  Riggs is up to date on his Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, microchipped, fecal and heartworm tested.   He is crate trained, potty trained, good with children and other dogs.   He needs to lose about 5 pounds to get him to a healthy weight.  He had his teeth cleaned and a Mast Cell Tumor removed and is now ready to go to his forever home.
