Dixxie is one and a half years old. She is potty and crate trained, up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, heartworm testing and preventative and been spayed. She has had her teeth cleaned and 3 baby teeth removed. Dixxie is a cuddle bug, good with children, dogs and cats. When you meet her you will notice she walks differently. Dixxie suffers from a congenital spinal disease called spinal stenosis. She has seen the 'Pug Luv' Neurologist who examined her and indicates she is not in any discomfort. The condition is not correctable and she should refrain from jumping on and off furniture or excessive play with other dogs where she could get pounced on and cause more damage. Her condition will at some time result in additional issues with walking at some point in time but it cannot be predicted when. The Neurologist would like her to be seen every 6 months for further evaluation.
