Scrappy Do was surrendered to "Pug Luv" because he was acting out. When left alone he barked and as a result the apartment complex he lived in received several complaints about it. He is 3 1/2 years old, likes children, other dogs and cats. He is housebroken and crate trained. He is in need of discipline in that he jumps on everything and in his foster home is working on this. He has been neutered and up to date on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. He was Heart worm, fecal and had blood tests and his teeth cleaned. His previous owner said he is a very sweet boy but was unable as a single mom working and going to school to properly deal with him. After being evaluated by the "Pug Luv" vet, Scrappy was referred to the Neurologist because of an apparent weakness in his back legs. The findings of the Neurologist were that Scrappy appears to have had a broken back at some point in his life. As a result he may have paralysis of his hind quarters at sometime.
