Maxx, a 5 month old puppy was an owner surrender. His owner felt his quality of life was unacceptable. He was purchased as a friend for their 4 year old Pug, whose current friend a 13 year old dog was getting older and they wanted to introduce a younger dog into the family so when the 13 year old passed, the 4 year old would not feel lonely. The 4 year old rejected Maxx creating an issue within the family. He is housebroken but needs to be taken out regularly as he has not developed the skill to tell someone when he needs to go out, Maxx will be neutered, brought up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, heartworm, fecal and blood tested, microchipped and examined by the "Pug Luv" vet to be sure there are no other issues with him. Once he receives his medical clearance he will be available for adoption.
