Maddy
Maddy
I lost my little Maddy girl on October 17th of last year, and still feel like she is always at my side. Maddy had a huge heart and even though her Dad was clearly favorite, she loved all people and all people loved her. One of Maddy’s passions included walks—Everything always seemed brand new to her, and I loved to watch her go. Maddy also loved food, watching and interacting with the TV, cuddling, ultra comfort and playing with her brother, Ike. I know that nothing I write can articulate how much Maddy meant to me, but I do know that she had my whole heart. Maddy, you will never leave my heart, my thoughts or my side.
Thank you,
Ian
Donny
Donny was rescued, found abandoned on a farm in Ann Arbor. His rescuer named him Donny after, Old Mc Donald, it was a perfect name – Donny was the sweetest and most loving puppy ever. We instantly bonded and Donny and I became inseparable, going everywhere together. He loved to travel in the car, heading up north. He was at home wherever he happened to be.
He loved going for walks, his treats, and just being with all of us al the time. He won a race for fastest pug at a Pug Picnic and the tallest pug too, he was a big boy, but always a lap dog, no matter if that lap already had another pug in it.
He had some health issues, but he overcame them and was a true and loving friend. I will always remember his kind face and loving ways.
RIP Donny 8/15/2007 – 8/4/2020
Clover
Clover, aka "Pups", lived a long life of love and adventure with her people. Born out west, nothing is known of her first year, before she was rescued. She was fostered on a farm where all the animals were her friends. Clover found her forever home in March 2006, where she was taken to live in the remote Utah desert. She chased deer, and they chased her, barked at Pronghorn Antelope and wild Mustangs, and scared the beejeezus out of hikers with her snorting when hiking a slot canyon. Pups lived in hilly southern Indiana and hiked all new trails, and big city Philadelphia, where she met her BPF (best pug-friend) Ling Ling, finally coming to Ann Arbor, Michigan. Her last years brought deafness, partial blindness, arthritis, kidney disease, and spinal degradation. Sassy, stubborn, and independent to the very end, she'd take herself for a slow walk around the neighborhood for sniffs every chance she got, her people close behind. She was unfailing in her love, loyalty, and protectiveness of her people. Always ready for scritches, food, and adventure.
Clover unleashed, run wild, run free. RIP my beautiful Pups. April 16, 2004 - October 28, 2020.
Wrinkles
As my heart fills with sadness to send this email.
Today I lost my best friend ,my Fur baby ,my Old man, my shadow. He was moody And he had a face only a mother could love, but he was mine. He was always by my side and could put a smile on my face with his welcome home bark after a long stressful day. He was The best alarm clock because he always knew when I needed to get up, because then it was “ time to eat “ LOL. His favorite thing besides eating was going on walkies with Wyatt and of course car rides.
I’ll forever miss his face, bark and those amazing cuddles. And his nails clicking on the floor.
But he will be forever by my side.
Thank you Pug Luv for giving me the best memories I can never forget.
Love, Allison

We were blessed to have him in our lives for 5 magical years. His loving nature and playful spirit will live in our hearts forever. Rest well our sweet boy❤️
